It is a bug of your web browser. Your browser may be 64 bit browser and does not support 32 bit java add-on. Firefox 4/5 on MacOS and Internet Explore 9 on Windows 7 have this problem. For Firefor 4/5 on MacOS, you can use Safari or choose non-java mode for Firefox. For Internet Explore 9 on Windows 7, you can click on "Tools->Compatibility View" to solve the problem.

Our new ezitrak web site supports Java technology. With Java technology, customer can get real time response from device. So please make sure Java has been installed on your computer.

How to test Java ?

if the java is enabled on your web browser, it should display: "This web browser can indeed run Java applets" on the top.

You might have installed Java, but you local network firewall might block the connection, please ask your IT department to verify.
How to disable Java?
Please use Java as long as you can install Java on your computer.
The ezitrak website also support browsers without Java installation(now in alpha version), because some operating system or browers may have comp-ability issues and cannot run Java well. In this case, you can disable Java on your browser.

For Internet Explore:
1. Click Tools and then Internet Options
2. Select the Advanced tab, and scroll down to Java
3. Check mark the box next to the Java version
4. Next, select the Security tab, and select the Custom Level button
5. Scroll down to Scripting of Java applets
6. Make sure the Disable radio button is checked
7. Click OK to save your preference
Note: Java on some IE version cannot be disabled in this way, please uninstall Java or use Firefox]
For Safari
1. Click Edit then Preference
2. Click Security then Web content
3. Uncheck "Enable Java"
For Mac OS customers
For Mac OS customers, please use non java version.
